Exercises for Runners: Rocking Groin Stretch



How:
1. Start in a quadruped position: hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
2. Extend your right leg so it is between 45 degrees and 90 degrees out from the hip. Keep the foot on the ground.
3. Gently rock forward and back. Repeat 10x each leg.
