Life Update & The Number ONE Asked Question + A Dumbbell ONLY Workout
Hello my beautiful friends!
Just stopping in to say hello, give you all an update on my life and whats been going on currently. I wanted to address a question I have been getting for the past month or so, not much to say about it but wanted to give you all an upfront answer! 3x20 Goblet Squat
3x20 Dumbbell deadlift standing between two plyo boxes
3x20 Low 1 1/2 dumbbell squats standing between two plyo boxes
3x15 each leg, Dumbbell curtsy lunges off plyo box
3x20 Dumbbell elevated hip thrust pushing through your heels
3x15 each leg, Single leg dumbbell elevated hip thrust
3x15 each leg, Dumbbell glute kick ups
3x20 each leg, Dumbbell walking lunges
