Total Body Kettlebell Workout - Squats, Kettlebell swings, KB press, Pullups, and Leg Raises

This is a total body workout using kettlebells(and can be done without them). 4 rounds of 1 minute each of:
KB Goblet Squats
KB Swings
KB Press
Pullups
Hanging leg raises
Substitute bodyweight squats for KB squats, lunges for KB swings, pushups for KB press, superman for pullups and planks for hanging leg raises.
