Barre workout Pilates Butt Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Fit in 5 Mat Glutes



Welcome to the FIT IN 5 MAT SERIES, 4 time efficient workouts that will sculpt long, lean muscles! These workouts are designed to be mix and matched depending on your schedule. You will perform 5 rounds of exercises, each with a unique combination of moves to hit your problem areas from all angles.

Start with some intense bridge combinations and then move to a dynamic table top series before finishing with some chiseling glute raises. The pace is fast and the combinations add up quickly to really sculpt those buns into shape!
