Today’s video is a tribute to every man’s favourite body part to work in a gym. I literally only need to say “bicep workout video” to sell this video to my male viewers.
BUT if you’re a girl, you should know this. The title says bicep workout for WOMEN as well. Your body is built almost the same as a man’s body. We’re all human and we have the same muscle anatomy. Working your biceps, as a woman is not going to give you chiseled, beefy arms. What it will give you is strong, toned arms. As I talk about in most of my “women’s weight training” videos, even 100 years of lifting won’t give you a manly body unless you inject yourself with hormones. So many girls are conscious about their arms. Bicep and tricep workouts obviously won’t burn off arm fat but they will definitely help in giving shape and definition to your arms. But above all, it will give your arms STRENGTH. Which is always a good thing.
And for all the lifters reading this – As a trainer, the one thing that bothers me when I see other people working out is wrong form. There is no exercise in the world that is as WRONGLY done as basic bicep curls. I URGE all gymmers to watch this workout video, if no other. You might pick up a few points. Things that you didn’t even know you were doing wrong.
