Amazing Lower Focus Workout *No Squats Required yay!*
-Activates your butt, legs, and abs!!
If you are unable to do squats or just want some variation to your lower extreme workout, these moves will tighten up all the stubborn spots without the need for squats. I get a lot of messages about what workouts are good for people with bad knees or recovering from a lower extreme surgery. I did three sets of these with 12 reps each and I was feeling the burn!! You just need a chair, table, or for something more advanced a stability ball.
Hip Lift- I always squeeze my butt at the top!
Leg Raise- Press your palms down on the floor while lifting
Leg Lift- Lift and lower from gluten
Cross-Over Lift - Cross ankle over opposite knee and lift and lower
Hip Thrust- Squeeze butt at top with each rep
Make sure to do both sides equally. Enjoy!
