EXERCISES AT THE GYM
I do "butt" exercises 2-3 times a week (making sure I take a break in between to give those muscles a rest!)
Always do 3x10 or 3x15 reps (each side)! Lighter weights to begin and work your way up SLOWLY as you improve :)
If it"s your first time doing anything, make sure to have somebody with you who knows what they"re doing so they can spot you and help!
