Weird leg, shoulder, and arm workout but NO TRICKS!



Todays very weird workout!
I have tendonitis in my knee so bad that I cant even ride my bike, walking is the most I can do and even that for only limited distances. Do what you can! The one thing I CAN do for quads is a static hold in my home made leg extension machine. Deliciously agonizing!
