Leg Swings Warm-Up (LS)
Leg Swings (LS), along with the Lunge Matrix (LM) are the best way for you to warm-up before you run. The LMLS takes only 5 minutes and should be done before you take your first step of running.
This simple routine can be done anywhere - next to a wall, tree, fence, car door.
