I found my new favorite butt workout at the gym! Today I"m showing you my leg day routine at the gym, what leg workouts I do, and the perfect butt workout for a round, lifted butt! Let"s do this!

LEG WORKOUTS AND BUTT WORKOUT PERFORMED:
Leg Press 20-30 Reps X 4 Sets
Leg Press Feet Together 20-30 Reps X 4 Sets
Lunges 10-15 Per Leg X 4 Sets
Leg Extension 20-30 Reps X 4 Sets
Leg Curl 20-30 Reps X 4 Sets
Donkey Kicks 20-25 Reps Each Leg X 4 Sets
