Low Carb Pizza Healthy & Easy To Make -Delicious Recipe



This Low Carb Pizza is healthy and super tasty and the best part is that you will feel light, great and energized after eating.
You can have it for Lunch or Dinner, It’s high in Good Fats and Vitamins to help you to stay strong and Lean.

RECIPE:

► Portion Size: 2-3 People

⚫To Make The Pizza Base:
• Half Cauliflower
• 1x Whole Egg (I prefer organic Free Range)
• 1x Cup Parmesan Cheese

⚫To Make Pizza Sauce:

• 1- 2 Organic Tomatoes
• 3 - 4 Fresh Garlic
• Sea Salt (to your Taste)
• Black Pepper (to your Taste)
• Blend all...

⚫How to Cook Pizza Base

• Spray Coconut Oil on the Tray Before baking.
• Heat Oven top & Bottom by 210 Celsius (410 Fahrenheit)
•Bake Pizza Base for approximately 20-25 minutes. (Until it’s looks Golden)
• When Base is ready, let it cool down for about 5 - 10minutes before adding sauce and toppings.

⚫ What I used on Pizza Topping:

• Organic Tomato Home Made Sauce
• Shred Mozzarella Cheese 100g
• Cheddar Cheese (about 5-6 slices cut in cubes)
• 12-15 Organic Cherry Tomatoes (Cut in Half)
• 15 - 20 Green Olives (Cut in Half)
• 5 - 6 Sliced Organic Mushrooms
• Half organic Yellow Pepper
• Half organic Green Pepper
• Add 2 + Slices of Cut Cheddar Cheese AGAIN on the top.

⚫ Place In Oven for another 10 minutes and it’s ready 😋

⚫ When it’s Ready add on the top of your pizza:
* Add Fresh Basil on top (optional)
* Organic Cold Press Olive Oil

⚫ You Can add On Plate next to your pizza (Optional):
* Add Half Avocado
* Fresh Rosemary & Parsley
