Mike Rashid leg training for strength, endurance and explosiveness



This isa sample of what I"d do for lower body for strength, endurance, explosiveness, and overall athleticism.. This isnt a bodybuilding styled leg work out...
Back Squats
barbell warm up, 1 set 135lbs for 10
225 for 10
315 for 10
405 for 3
225 for 25

then move to weighted plyos

then box jacks... Have fun
