Have you been training to jump higher and run faster? The Plyometric Power Splits Exercise is an excellent training routine to help build your vertical leap and speed. Power is a major component to increase speed and vertical. During this exercise we will be jumping off the ground as high as possible transitioning your legs quickly back-and-forth before landing. The Switch Drill will be completed with your left leg forward and your right leg for 8 to 10 repetitions. Complete 4 to 6 sets on each given leg for best results.
