Making Vanilla Extract & Essence

Last week we looked at how to best prepare vanilla beans - this week we"re looking at a fantastic use for them! Vanilla essence & extract can add such a beautiful element to cakes and recipes, both sweet and savoury. It can be expensive though, and it"s not always easy to find it in organic form...with Omid"s help you can now make your own, using agave syrup.
