BOOTY WORKOUT:
00:44 - Frog Pumps - 30 reps as fast as you can SUPER SET WITH
01:07 - Elevated Frog Pumps - 15 reps with a 1 second pause at the top
02:15 - Single Leg Hip Thrust - 12 reps each leg
03:05 - Kickbacks with resistance band - 50 reps each leg
04:11- Smith Machine Pulsing Squats - 16 reps
04:52 - Step Outs - 20 reps each leg
