Booty & Plyo Workout | Strength Training & Cardio
Circuit 1 (complete these 2 exercises back to back for 4 sets)
30-60 second rest in-between
Exercise 1 - Smith Machine Sumo Squat 15 reps
Exercise 2 - Plie Squat Jump 20 reps
Circuit 2 (complete these 2 exercises back to back for 4 sets):
Exercise 1 - Smith Machine Leg Press 15 reps
Exercise 2 - Kneeling Squat Jump (or box jump) 15 reps
Circuit 3 (complete these 2 exercises back to back for 4 sets):
Exercise 1 - Smith Machine Kick back 15 reps each leg
Exercise 2 - Alternating Jumping Lunge 20 reps each leg
