Celebrate Halloween with your puppies too! My dogs absolutely love these treats. This recipe is tried and true. I found it on many different websites. But I wanted to put a little spin on things. Since it"s Halloween and orange is the seasonal color, I thought it would be fun to add some carrots into the mixture. I will add a pinch of sweetness.
