Womens Beginner Butt & Leg Home Workout



This is a great beginner butt and leg exercises and these are some of the best exercises you should start with if you"re a beginner.
Exercises: Squats, Wide Stance squats, Curtsy Lunge, Side Step Lunge, Stepping Back Lunge.
Focus on good form and do each exercise at least 3x per week. After a few couple weeks increase to 2x. Then begin a more advanced workout once you"re ready.

BTW: This Fitness Model, Jessica Venema, is also the mother of a 14 month old baby. Its shows you can still be fit even after a kid.
