1. Barbell curls
5x6-10 last two sets do a double drop set
2. Tricep skull crusher
5x8-10 last two sets do a double drop set
3. DB alternating curls
5x8
4. Smith machine close grip press
5x10 last set a triple drop set
5. EZ bar preacher curls
4x12
6. V-bar cable push downs
4x12
7. Rope cable curls
4x10
8. DB over head extension
4x12
