Three men were charged with plotting to carry out ISIS-inspired attacks in New York City. The FBI arrested Canadian national Abdulrahman El Bahnasawy American citizen Talha Haroon, and Philippine citizen Russell Salic. The FBI said the men"s goal was to kill as many people as possible.
