Burger Recipe of our Mighty Burgers Signature Burger! Today you are going to see the burger recipe for our signature burger. This burger recipe is very simple. Check out our other burger recipe videos!
The bun is a norwegian milkbread formed to a burger bun. The patty was made with a chopped ribeye steak. The Cheese is appenzeller and red cheddar 50/50. Sauce is a arrabiata tomato sauce mixed with mayonnaise also 50/50. With some red and white onions and iceberg salad.
Norwegian Milkbread:
500g flour
100g butter
2 dl milk
1 egg
40g yeast
50g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Mix all together. Let rise for one hour.
Punch down and let rise for a half hour.
Roll the dough into a ball.
Beat together egg yolk and milk 50/50. Brush
risen loaf with eggmilk and bake in preheated
oven (220 degrees C) for 20 to 25, until golden.
