Warm-Up:
1. Straight leg toe marches
2. Walking toe touches
3. Duck squat
4. Spider mans
5. Tornado twists
a. Shoot for 30 seconds each or 15-20 reps a piece

Workout:
A1. Single Leg Hack squat: 8-12 reps
A2. Bulgarian Split squat: 15-20 reps
3x

B1. Regular hack squat w/ Resistance:10-12 reps
B2. Gate Swings: 15-20 reps
3x

C1. Side Leg press: 10-12 reps
C2. Single leg press :10-12 reps
C3. Leg press ladder : 1 rep, 1 pulse, 2 reps, 2 pulses, 3 reps, 3 pulses, 4 reps, 4 pulses, 5 reps, 5 pulses, 5 reps, 5 pulses, 4 reps, 4 pulses, 3 reps, 3 pulses ect

D1. Wide Vertical leg press-15 reps
D2. Cursty vertical leg press -15 reps
D3. Glute brige kicks-15-25
2x

E1. 2 min drop set on abduction machine

F1. STRETCH!!
Hold 30seconds-1 min each stretch
