Healthy Weight GAIN Plan - Meals + Exercise Plan
While there"s an overabundance of weight loss programs, very few diet plans target those who are trying to gain weight in a healthy manner. The program will be target predominantly toward young single men, 18-35, who have issues consuming enough healthy calories to retain muscle mass. The program will be tiered, providing a lifestyle plan with recipes and exercise schedule at the lowest level and fully-prepared meals specific to the individual"s needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, organic, etc.) delivered on a regular basis. Online (web-based) support and tracking, phone app. Potential to develop partnership with fitness tracking devices (Nike FuelBand, Fitbit, etc.).
