Big Butt Building Workout with 2 Dumbbells!



Heres a great Butt and Leg Workout using Dumbbells. In this video Karen Kennedy will be using PowerBlock dumbbells (PowerBlock.com). Shes doing exercises like Squats, Lunges, One Leg Deadlifts, Curtsy Lunges, etc. Focus on good form. Try 2-3 sets of each exercise 3x per week.
