This workout will burn approx 300-400 cals

1) Front kick and punch (20:10 for 4 minutes)

2) -10 tricep dips/
back lunge with bicep curl (20 Reps)/
front raise with lateral raise (10 Reps)

3) 1/2 burpee with star jump (20:10 for 4 minutes)

4) 10 tricep dips/
back lunge with bicep curl (20 Reps)/
front raise with lateral raise (10 Reps)

5) hi knees (20:10 for 4 min)

6) 10 tricep dips/
back lunge with bicep curl (20 Reps)/
front raise with lateral raise (10 Reps)

7) Mountain climbers

8) 10 tricep dips/
back lunge with bicep curl (20 Reps)/
front raise with lateral raise (10 Reps)
