Leg Workout / box jumps, squats, kettlebell and Bodyweight movements
This is one of my many leg workouts, Doing a combination of different leg exercises. Warming up with box jumps and ladder drills, then going into some heavy rack squats then finishing off with some repetition work with my own body weight and a Kettlebell.
